Our apologies to the other carrot cakes out there but take one bite of our gluten free Carrot Cake, and it will be your go-to from now on. Light, decadent, fluffy, and moist, our gluten free baking mix makes it easy to create show-stopping cakes, cupcakes, and muffins — even for beginner bakers!

Prep tips:
- Just add grated carrot, eggs, oil, and canned crushed pineapple (aka – the secret ingredient for zest, tangy and tenderness)
- Hack: Swap carrots for zucchini for an incredibly moist, flavour-neutral cake.
- FYI: Good oils for baking are neutral ones (so, NOT olive oil). The goal is to have a mellow oil that allows the cake’s flavour to shine through. Try avocado or vegetable (canola).
