Ingredients
14 cup
butter
12 cup
all-purpose flour
34 cup
sugar
12 tsp
baking powder
2 tsp, divided
Cinnamon Cinnamon
12 cup
2% milk or non-dairy milk alternative
4 cups
mixed red berries, such as raspberries and chopped strawberries

Preparation
  1. Preheat oven to 375° F.
  2. In an 8 cup baking dish, melt butter in microwave on medium heat, 45–60 sec.
  3. In mixing bowl, using a fork, combine flour, 12 cup sugar, baking powder, and 1 tsp Cinnamon. Add milk; stir just until mixed.
  4. Pour over melted butter in baking dish. Don’t stir.
  5. In same mixing bowl (don’t wash), combine berries with remaining sugar and cinnamon. Pour over batter—don’t stir.
  6. Bake until golden brown, uncovered, about 40–45 min.
Tips

If you don’t have fresh berries on hand, use frozen berries.

Serve with Greek yogurt and drizzle with peanut butter.
