Ingredients


Makes: 12 servings
  • 12 slices baguette or gluten-free bread
  • olive oil, for brushing
  • 4 medium tomatoes, diced
  • 1 recipe prepared Le Taj Finishing Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp (15 ml) Toasted Onion
  • 1/2 C (125 ml) low-fat goat cheese, crumbled

Preparation


 
  • Place baguette slices on Sheet Pan lined with Bake & Roll. Using (p.1006093), lightly brush with oil. Broil until golden, approximately 2 minutes each side.
  • In a medium bowl, combine tomatoes, Le Taj Secret Sauce, and Toasted Onion. Mound 1 Tbsp (15 ml) of mixture onto each bruschetta.
  • Sprinkle with goat cheese, and place under broiler until cheese is lightly golden, 2–3 minutes.
